No treatment is chosen for fashion, novelty, or speed. Each one is selected because it answers a particular need in the face, the skin, or the structures beneath them.
Read My Approach FirstThe consultation comes before the treatment, always. I begin with tissue quality, structural change, muscle pattern, and the broader context around the face. Only then does the appropriate treatment become clear.

Learn moreA Note on Treatment Selection
The treatments listed here represent the tools used in practice. They are not a menu to choose from. The consultation is the process by which the right approach is identified. Sometimes that means one treatment, sometimes a combination, and sometimes a decision to wait.
Patients are never pressured toward treatment. If the consultation does not lead to a clear clinical indication, that will be said openly. The relationship is more important than any single appointment.
